PINC: The Wildest Year Yet
Like Sarasota’s original master of ceremonies John Ringling, Anand Pallegar and the team at DreamLarge spent the entire year planning PINC (People Ideas Nature Creativity) collecting curiosities from around the globe: professors, artists, wonks, a cartographer from Hungary, a documentarian from Tehran, even a luthier from the far-off land of Columbus, Ohio.

PINC held its sixth annual event last week to a sellout crowd at the Sarasota Opera House, and the lineup of speakers was inspiring as always. Organized by DreamLarge, a public benefit corporation started by Sarasota entrepreneur Anand Pallegar, PINC stands for People, Ideas, Nature and Creativity
PINC speakers: Don’t fear failure
For the sixth straight year, the annual “most creative day in Sarasota” known as People, Ideas, Nature and Creativity,” or PINC, took an eight-hour plunge into the mystery and method of inspiration before a sellout crowd at the Sarasota Opera House. And as usual, approaches taken by the 12 scheduled speakers were all over the board.
