Meet DreamLarge

We are DreamLarge, an organization that you may be far more familiar with than you realize. We've been around for quite some time, but have always preferred to operate behind the scenes, allowing the deserving companies we work with to take the spotlight. We've realized, however, that in today's society, people don't simply want to see the world changing around them, they want to be a part of making changes happen - big changes, great changes, impactful changes. And that's where we come in.

We are a changemaking organization. We focus on local and global initiatives that intend to leave the world better than we found it. It's become apparent to us that folks want to be a part of who we are and what we do, so we've decided to step out from behind the curtain and create a bigger movement, one where our audience can support our entire mission and/or our specific initiatives. Wit that said, we'd like to formally re-introduce ourselves and invite you to dream large with us.

Based in Sarasota, Florida, we are designers, computer engineers, marketers, entrepreneurs, and creative types. We have a passion for serving the community in unexpected and impactful ways. We do this by creating surprising partnerships, tapping into a diverse array of resources (both financial and intellectual), and accelerating positive change through meaningful community engagement.

Those are a lot of big words, but what do we actually do? You’re probably familiar with our work. Have you had your mind blown at PINC? Have you seen the fancy new All Faiths Food Bank trucks driving around Sarasota? Have you heard about the exciting things going on at The Bay? That’s us! We are changemakers for good in the communities we serve.

Our Approach

DreamLarge was born from one principle: Wherever we are, whatever we do, we have a duty to serve our community. Our sole purpose is simple: to enrich the communities we serve through originative and thoughtful initiatives that foster human connection, positive growth, and collaboration.

Before we tackle any project, we first ask these two questions:
  1.) Is it changemaking?
2.) Will it benefit the next generation?
If the answer to both is “yes,” chances are good that we’ll dive in and make a difference.

“We’re looking for ideas and initiatives that cultivate or embrace new solutions to big community challenges. Our mission seeks to make them scalable and sustainable.” - Anand Pallegar Founder

Our Story

Twelve years ago, ATLARGE was founded as a 'different type of company.' Its vision continues to focus on generating ambitious business solutions via creatively inspired methods, and, thus, has always attracted incredibly diverse companies which are, of course, focused on their ROI, but also just as interested in connecting with their audiences through storytelling and changemaking.

In 2008, our very first DreamLarge project came into focus when we created a Davey Award-winning online campaign for Girls, Inc. which was designed to increase support for the nonprofit. Since then, DreamLarge has touched thousands of lives through its unique style of impactful community engagement. In short, DreamLarge is the “WHY” and ATLARGE is the “HOW.”

DreamLarge’s community-changing work has been going on since our formation, evolving into its own entity as Sarasota’s first benefit corporation. We take our role seriously. Our uncommon structure allows us to be innovative and nimble in how we serve the community. Our goal is to chart the course that defines the next generation of philanthropy.
