DreamLarge has announced the creation of a new student-led mural in the Rosemary District. Twenty middle school students, grades 5-8, at the Sarasota School of Arts & Sciences (SSA+S) Summer Art Camp joined forces with the Rosemary District Association (RDA) and DreamLarge and painted a temporary, park-themed mural. The mural commemorates the future site of Rosemary Park. Led by art teacher, Brian Hubbard, and assisted by his wife and coworker, Sarah Hubbard, SSA+S students have been learning about art, design, creativity while attending the summer camp and ended their experience with the painting of this community mural. The mural, designed by Cat Forrest and commissioned by DreamLarge, depicts a children’s scene within a park.
